Standard Representation Agreement between Sport Scholarship USA and Student-Athlete

​

This agreement is hereby established as follows:

​

Appointment

​

i. Sport Scholarship USA is engaged by the Athlete to render services based on the following terms:

​

Service Fee

​

i. Please confirm your decision to engage in our services before signing, as full payment is mandatory upon agreement.

 

Invoicing occurs upon agreement receipt and is non-refundable for any Package option.

​

As per NCAA regulations, no fee portion is refundable without a scholarship offer.

 

Missed payments result in service suspension, and non-payment after this period may lead to Agreement cancellation.

​

Failure to pay the Services Fee may result in immediate termination upon written notice.

​

Duration

​

i. The agreement comes into effect upon signing and remains in force throughout the entirety of the Player's college or university duration in America.

 

The promotional activity extends to the agreed scholarship commencement date, subject to an additional promotional year, determined solely by the Intermediary.

​

Exclusivity

​

i. The Player is exclusively contracted to Sport Scholarship USA.

​

Remuneration

​

i. The Player shall remunerate Sport Scholarship USA as specified in section 1 above.

​

Termination

​

i. To ensure optimal results for the athlete, Sport Scholarship USA commits to fulfilling its obligations under the terms of the agreement. However, in the event of non-compliance with the Intermediary's directives for the entire contract duration, Sport Scholarship USA reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately, with no refund of fees.

Supplemental terms and conditions

​

i. Additional agreements related to the services outlined in clause 1, in connection with this contract, shall adhere to the standards set by NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, or any other governing body overseeing the conduct of the respective college. For further details, please refer to the regulations of these organizations.

Disputes

​

i. Any disagreement between the involved parties concerning the contract, encompassing issues of existence, validity, or termination, should be first addressed with the Intermediary. If a resolution cannot be reached, it will be escalated and ultimately settled by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA

​

Governing Law

​

i. The agreement, along with any non-contractual responsibilities linked to it, is regulated by and will be interpreted in compliance with the laws of England and Wales. Furthermore, as per Clause 8, both parties willingly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
