"Over the past few years, we as a club have focused on developing a football pathway for our players. For our female pathway we have collaborated with Sheffield & Hallamshire FA to deliver football programmes for females from age five to adults. As part of these programmes some of our current U16 girls developed an interest in starting their coaching journey and have gained qualifications as well as coaching experience over the past two years. For the girls that are on their SSU journey there has been a noticeable difference in their focus, attitude, fitness and overall improvement in their game. The SSU partnership provides an extension to the football pathway and is a fantastic opportunity for our players to follow their dreams playing football whilst studying in America."

Together, we are laying the foundation for these players to not only excel in football but also to gain a world-class education in the USA.
